The apartment is on the first floor and is independent heating, served by wifi and consists of:.

• living area with large living room equipped with fireplace, TV and equipped kitchen (including oven, refrigerator and dishwasher).
• magnificent terrace equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining.
• double bedroom.
• twin bedroom.
• bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and hairdryer.

Sheets, towels and everything necessary for the stay are provided, including iron.

There is a sofa bed (160 cm wide and 18 cm mattress) in the living area, sleeping 6 in total.

In the double bedroom we can insert folding crib for children with comfortable mattress.

The house is well ventilated and cool, but, in case the season requires it, fans are provided.

Equipped with mosquito nets.

Parking space is available adjacent to the house.

Small pets are allowed.

Small appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker) are also available to guests for a deposit of €15, which will be returned at the end of the stay.
