The apartment is on the ground floor and is independent heating, served by wifi and consists of:

• Living area with large living room equipped with fireplace, TV and kitchen, separated by arch, equipped (including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher).
• Double bedroom with bathroom (shower and hairdryer). In the room we can insert folding baby bed with comfortable mattress.
• Twin bedroom with second bathroom (shower and hairdryer). A third child bed can be inserted in the room.
• Garden with space equipped for barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining

Sheets, towels and everything necessary for the stay are provided. Washing machine, iron included.

In the living area there is a "ready-bed" sofa (160 cm wide and 10 cm mattress), sleeps 6 in total.

The house is cool and well ventilated but fans are provided in case the season requires it. Equipped with mosquito nets.

Parking space available adjacent to the house.

Small pets are allowed, while more "bigger" friends can be accommodated in the garden, provided they are tame in nature.

Small appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker) are also available to guests against a €15 deposit that will be returned at the end of the stay.
