The house is located in Grello at the top of a gentle hill, a real lookout along the road from Gualdo Tadino (6 km) leads to Assisi (25 km).

We recently moved to this place of beauty, peace and spirituality. We were looking for a home in central Italy, surrounded by greenery, with the possibility of having a vegetable garden, an orchard and, why not, raise some animals. When we saw Grello's house we immediately fell in love with it.

The structure is large and allows for multiple apartments. The first thought was for our friends who will surely visit us and use it as a base to visit this magnificent region.

The location is, in fact, strategic to get to know Umbria and its places rich in history and spirituality, to enjoy its nature, take walks in the open air and visit the many cities of art by which we are surrounded.

We have, thus, begun the renovation and modernization work and the first arrangements of the greenery and apartments. We do not have the vegetable garden and orchard yet, but already you can walk in the olive grove and the forest.

Thinking about how much we have used the vacation apartments in the past years as an ideal solution of staying (having more bedrooms, a space to spend the evening without being locked in the hotel room, dining as and when you want, being in the midst of nature), we decided to offer this opportunity to others as well, becoming hosts ourselves.
